Summary:
While it is never God’s plan for us to be unhappy, there will be times in our lives when we are faced with challenges that cause our spirits to fall, or come against adversaries whose goals are to bait us into negatively responding to their toxicity. During those moments, we often wonder why these things are happening, and we might even find ourselves questioning God’s intentions. This is when we need Him the most. He understands everything, and is keeping record of all things, both righteous and wicked. He is a just God, and Solomon tells us that He will protect and keep watch over the people who obey His word. More important than what we are facing is how we react to it. God expects better of Christians than He does of worldly people, and, just like any good father who loves His children, will speak to us on how we can improve ourselves. During times of trouble, lean into God’s wisdom and understanding; rise high above adversity, knowing that God does want us to be happy as we live a righteous and fulfilling life.
